What we do

Practical supports, delivered gently

Mix and match anything below. Supports can run once, for a season, or every week of the year — and they flex as your plan does.

Personal care

Showering, dressing, grooming and medication prompts, delivered with dignity and no rush.

Daily living at home

Cleaning, cooking, laundry, shopping and the small jobs that keep a home running well.

Respite & short stays

Planned or emergency respite so family carers can rest, work or simply breathe.

Community access

Transport and side-by-side support for appointments, classes, sport and social plans.

Social & companionship

A regular face for a coffee, a walk or a hobby — connection is a support too.

Support coordination

We read the plan, chase the providers and translate the jargon into plain English.

How it works

Four unhurried steps

No call centres, no waiting lists for a first conversation. You speak to the same coordinator who will look after your plan.

About us

A small team, on purpose

Wattle & Way is family owned. We stay deliberately small so coordinators know every participant by name and every worker by strength — because good care is a relationship, not a roster line.

We are registered against the NDIS Practice Standards and can manage a whole package, including support coordination, or simply fill the gaps another provider cannot cover.

  • NDIS registered & audited
  • Screened, trained support workers
  • Choice and control stays with you
  • Plain-language plan reporting

Stories

Care is judged by the people living it

Same two workers for three years. That consistency completely changed how my son manages his week.

Mum came home from hospital on a Friday and personal care started Sunday. Nothing felt clinical.
AnthonyFamily carer · Pakenham
They explained my plan in words I actually understood, then built the roster around my shifts.
